L.E.C. CLAY was founded in 2000 in New Orleans. In a few short years, L.E.C. was available in over 500 stores in North America. These included specialty retailers, boutique hotels and department stores. L.EC. CLAY made charitable donations to organizations including: Little Bit Riding Center, ACRC, Alzheimer’s Assocation, Seattle Children’s Hospital, Hands & Feet, among others. L.E.C. CLAY has also been used in private home stagings and is found in the collections of Hilary & Bill Clinton. |

However, in 2005, our business was suddenly impacted by Hurricane Katrina, and we lost our entire studio and warehouse to flooding. Resurrecting our business on the west coast and in the mid-west enabled us to expand even further. In 2006 we began importing goods and started using our resources to help other artists and small manufacturers do the same. Building a strong team of leaders with international trade experience as well as an understanding of our goal and the arts, we have successfully helped over 450 other businesses succeed. |
