Our Experience: We have over 20 years of combined experienced handling manufactured items for import. Our partners abroad range from product specialists to engineers with many years experience in the home décor industry. They also include international sales managers and trade liaisons

Our Management: We work directly with the manufactures of your project. And, we are regularly in contact with these manufacturers. Our people abroad are well known by the employees and directors of the factories that we use, and have even been known to work alongside the production workers assisting in the actual production of our clients work.

Transportation & Reliability: We handle the shipping from the manufacturer to the port. Then we arrange the safest and most reliable overseas method of transportation to get your products to one of our warehouses or to you directly. We also handle customs and deal with the inland transportation issues. Because we work directly with our manufacturers, delays are minimal.

Dependability: We regularly update you with your project status. You will know when it is scheduled for production, in production, and completed and set for shipping. We update you regarding customs and up to the moment your product is scheduled to arrive.

Crossing Cultures: Our relationships abroad have given us insight into the technical lingo as well as the business customs in the countries that we work in. We have experience with various customs and business etiquette in these parts of the world.
